Restaurant food and beverage servers must proficiently and courteously serve
golf course guests and members with food and beverages, ensuring the highest
level of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Hourly Wage: Dependent on experience. Full collection of individual tips.
Part Time: Between 5-20 hours/week, depending on business activity
Shifts range between 10:30 am- 10 pm.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and serve customers in a welcoming and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders and serve meals to customers in a timely manner.
Pour alcoholic beverages and mix drinks, ensuring all consumers and purchasers are of legal age.
Charge and collect payments for food and beverage services using computer point of service system.
Complete monetary transactions with the assistance of a computer system.
Work as a cohesive team to accomplish goals with other employees.
Help prep side dishes and occasional food items as requested by kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by performing routine cleaning responsibilities as assigned daily.
Restock kitchen and restaurant supplies.
Complete routine opening and closing duties as assigned daily by shift type.
Comply and follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies as set by the restaurant and United States Food Safety Inspection Service in part of the Food and Drug Administration.
1 year serving experience
Must be 18 years of age to legally serve alcohol.
Able to proficiently count money and complete basic monetary transactions.
Able to use a computer technology system and learn a new program.
Must be eligible to work in the US through proper documentation.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk for 4+ hours at a time, using hands and feet throughout the entire shift.
Must be able to speak proficiently before guests and team members.
Must be able to read and interpret documents.
Bartending: 1 year
Responsible beverage service training.
Computer technology systems: 1 year
